Gilbert’s Senior Living is a small parent company that manages two adult living communities in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. These are Parkway Lodge at 420 8th Ave SE and Midtown Care Home at 1135 Park Ave.
Parkway Lodge was constructed in phases in 1996 and 1998, when a single-story building was added. In 2017, Parkway Lodge was purchased by Kevin Gilbert, who expanded the facility in 2019. Midtown Care Home was built in 1963, with a substantial addition added in 1993. Gilbert purchased the facility in 2021, and applied extensive renovations in 2022. The most recent addition was added in 2024 and opened in April 2025.
